I remember meeting him and shaking his hand after their show in Perth in 2010. In that show, he invited everyone who hadn’t been up stage yet to get up and go nuts. At least 30 ppl were on stage going insane and by the end there wasn’t even space for him or the rest of the band to play their ending.

At the end of all that, he still hung around and spoke to me.
Such a nice guy.
